My one year old is projectile vomiting after her daily main meal. Also her stools have quite a sour smell. Why could this be?

Vomiting is always severe , especially In pediatrics .. Kids get dehydrated easily..
Mostly when stool has a bad smell it tends to be a metabolism related disease ..
Take your child to his pediatrician .. Vomiting has a long list of diagnoses that needs to be excluded first ..
