At that point, there isn't many signs. You really start noticing 7-10 days after. From there, you might have a missed period, breast changes, morning sickness, fatigue, high BBT, increased urination, cramping, spotting, constipation, heightened sense of smell, nasal stuffiness/cold symptoms, pimples and acne, craving or tastes in food, and emotional levels may change. They longer you wait to test, the more positive you will get on your test.
