Why am I so horrible at squats?

I literally CANNOT do squats like this http://www.blackhealthzone.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/squats-1.jpg with out doing something wrong or losing my balance. Why? Please don't tell me to practice, because I have been for months. I also know to pull my abs in, keep my chest forward, and put my weight on my heels. What am I doing wrong and how can I stop this? I just want to be able to do a decent squat.

Your muscles need to be worked. Try doing some basic aerobics before accomplishing a succesful squat. Get your muscles stretched out and able to work.

what about sticking your arms put for a bit more balance?You can try

What do you feel you are doing wrong?

Here's what I want you to do.
Get one of those metal folding chairs. Or any chair that doesn't have arms.
Stand in front of it.
Get into the sitting position.
Stand back up.
This is an assisted squat.
Do these until you get the feel you know "how" to do it.
Then you can do the real squats from there.

PS. One of the things did wrong when I first started doing squats was, I didn't stick my butt out. You have to stick your butt out, as far as it will go THEN squat.

I stick my butt out though.

Also, I've done the chair thing and it helped for the time I did that but I didn't remember!

like the picture wear a belt keep practicing your posture with a even with a belt for awhile keep your back very straight and keep stretching
