Why am I so horrible at squats?
I literally CANNOT do squats like this http://www.blackhealthzone.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/squats-1.jpg with out doing something wrong or losing my balance. Why? Please don't tell me to practice, because I have been for months. I also know to pull my abs in, keep my chest forward, and put my weight on my heels. What am I doing wrong and how can I stop this? I just want to be able to do a decent squat.
