How to engage disengaged team members at work? i need ideas asap please!

it seems like no matter what we do at work some team members are still disengaged... idk what to do anymore. any work games or ideas other than talking to them?

A lot of eye contact and one on one encouragement. Give specific tasks with enough of a description that they know exactly what you expect. Start small if you have to and tell them you're counting on them. Follow up during and afterwards. Give a lot of feedback and reward good results and good effort even if it's just saying that you are proud of their work and the benefit they've given to the team.
