But i would assume you are talking about calories. well it depends on how active you are, and how quick your metabolism is. from a sluggish standpoint i would say and round 1400-1600 calories. Average i would say around 1600-1850. and Very active i would say around 1850-2250 a day. It all depends on how much you eat and how active you are.
