It isn't healthy to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. You may want to extend your time span some. The best way to lose weight isn't always the easiest, which is healthy food chooses and exercise. Diets don't usually work, when the person gets off the.diet they gain the weight back. Ask a doctor or nutritionist for more info. Good luck :-)
