in the morning, after the cops do the census,it's usually breakfast, then to work or outside crews.if you don't do either of those things you can go to a dayroom or activity. in some jails you can go back to your cell and sleep or read. then pretty soon it is lunch time. after you've eaten, and if you have stayed In the jail for that day,and not had medications yet, it can be time to see a nurse. or some kind of quack.you might be able to shower and wash your hair.you also may choose to play cards, read,or nap. then comes dinner time. after that;meds,t.v.,cards, bathing,or visiting hours. then cease movement.that is when the entire population and staff goes to where they are supposed to be and all staff and prisoners are counted by area. after that, maybe some free time. then bed and arise the next day for another beautiful day of incarceration. of course this is only a general outline with many variations in different places and at different times.
