Hi Cj!Well since my life is rarely stress free..I'm always losing my appetite. But what really helps me is going for a jog along the beach,it gives me some quiet time to think and unwind..away from difficult people. When I'm done and all hot and sweaty I just dive in for a swim and everything just washes of me..so to speak. It's a winning formula for me because an hour later I feel that most of the stress has gone down and I'm suddenly feeling hungry AND I actually eat. Hope it helps you.
Starve until I can actually make myself eat or stop being stressed. It's not good at all you should talk about it with a close friend or relative. Just talking can actually help some if the person is willing to listen and talk to you helping out.
Try eating chocolate, it releases good endorphins. It gives you energy & is easy to carry round with you. Freddo's are good little boosts of energy for you individually wrapped. Don't listen to people who say after the lift chocolate gives you you have a serious decline as the sugar hit wears off as I have a solution. Just have a small amount of chocolate each hour & you can cruise around without the stomach growling out loud from hunger pains. Chocolate is made for us busy people who need nonstop energy, to do our job & that of others less committed to work responsibilities.
my priority is to settle my spirit.. some solitude... a day off... some quiet time.. I don't force the issue of food.. but I do remain focused on keeping my body hydrated.. Hope this moment finds you at peace...
