Asus. You may need to pay a little extra but it will be worth it. The design, build quality, and quality of the internal parts are way better on the high end asus laptops then on the high end dell and toshiba laptops.
I would say Asus as well. They are well crafted and light weight. They only problem I have is that my hand always moves over the mouse pad while I'm typing which moves the cursor all over the place but that's my only gripe. I purchased a Dell as well and that worked great. However, don't by Toshiba, very cheaply made and I personally see my own friend with problems with booting and random shutdowns while using the computer.[I know this was not on the List but Don't even think about buying an HP ]
