Actually it is legal the u.s. government passed a law explaining that because it's our device we can do wat we want with it, such as jailbreaking it, it's perfectly legal

I know you get free apps songs & books not too sure .. Pretty sure though .. Jailbreaking its cool but it can mess up your device ..

It could freeze up constantly, turn off randomly & never turn back on .. Well that I know from experience
