Is it possible to get the necessary amount of REM sleep in a single two hour sleep per day?

I know in a normal 6-8 hour sleep, the human body only experiences about 1.5 hours of the important stage of sleep, the REM cycle. I want to know if I can train my body to get this REM sleep in a shorter time

No, you sleep in cycles. You can't skip, or compress them.

You cannot "compress" your sleeping cycle or make sleep phases shorter. This is because the phases are predetermined and your mind and body follows the cycle. If you try to sleep for a shorter period, you will be fatigued due to lack of enough sleep. Talk to a doctor for a medical take.

Two hours of sleep per day is not enough for you live on for very long. It's not healthy, it's not safe and it will even cause psychological problems if you are sleep deprived for too long. Here is a link to more info about sleep or the lack of it
