Practice soccer at least once a week. Go out, and bring a soccer ball. It doesn't have to be a huge soccer field, just something to work with, like your backyard. If you have items that could make obstacles, say, trees, or better, cones, than use them and practice kicking with both your right and left foot. If you're a rightie, make sure you know how to kick with equal strength with your left foot. You do this by simply practicing with it, and soon you'll be more comfortable. With your obstacles, kick inside and out. Use the inside of your foot when kicking left, and use your outside of your foot kicking right. Learn to control the ball. Kick it against a wall, or a fence, or something sturdy, and practice retrieving, stopping, and kicking with the right amount of power. Soccer is all about ball control. Practice dribbling. Practice shooting. Set a certain goal, and go from afar and try to kick it in or dribble it in. If you have a partner, kick the ball between the two of you. Good luck!
