Several men, as well as women mentioned this to me, so I decided to give it a try - I have always used Pantene 2 in 1 (shampoo + conditioner is good BUT gentle), but the BEST treatments I absolutely love for hair are the following: The Infusium conditioner that you leave in for 2 minutes, then wash out, then comb out as usual... then, if the hair has damage from dry air, or other factors- the Infusium Repairologie leave-in conditioner that you simply comb thru hair that had all excess water removed from (but is still damp). The mentioned combination of all of those items- my hair is fantastic now, and it is silky soft- I have very curly/some wave combo hair, but frizzies that I had to use hair spray on. Not to mention it was utterly AWFUL trying to detangle it... it was just below shoulder length at the time. Now, my hair is over 38 inches long, and I have not needed/used any hair spray at all - my hair dresser has always stated that since using the Infusium products, I don't have ANY split ends. It has been over 4yrs since the last hair cut, and I STILL don't have any split ends! I SWEAR by Infusium, and will not use anything else! Men or women, the combo works great...

That all depends on what you need your shampoo to do. Do you have dry, flaky scalp? Or is your scalp normal and healthy? Do you have a skin condition such as seborrheic dermatitis? Are you looking for something without chemicals such as sodium laurel sulfate? As you can see your shampoo can be a very personal choice.

Want to know what I use personally? American Crew Tea Tree and Big Head (it's good to alternate every couple of weeks...)

Non-verbal cues can be help for the patient with AD because too many commands may confuse and agitate them. Guiding the patient to perform tasks can help them to understand and give them confidence. When the patient is confident this may also reduce the stress that they can feel. Patient with AD have generalized weakness and abnormality of movement which can increase the likelihood that the patient could fall. You would want to work with the patient in an area where there are few obstacles and always make sure that the patient is wearing proper footwear or no skid socks. Increased lighting can also help to relieve agitation that the patient may begin to feel when the sun goes down. It is a good idea to have structured exercise programs for the patient with AD because this can decrease restlessness. Group therapy with repetitive simple exercises using few commands is found to be most effective. Exercise programs should include group interaction. Always approach the patient slowly and from the front. Always introduce yourself and refer to the patient by their name. If AD is in the early stages balance and gait activities will help to maintain mobility
