How do you lose weight in a short amount of time?

Depends on how much weight ... and how much time.

I mean, a VERY quick way would be to lose a limb ... but that's kind of extreme.

wtf thats a umm thats to extreme not what im looking for i mean like within a 6 months time.. really nothing to serious or not to much weight i still want to have some meat on my body. i want to be able to look healty still... you know what i mean.??

no i dont mind atall.. :)
there is a lot of things u can do , the things i said above are the basics ..
U can try swimming also , try eating less oily food for a few weeks.. cycling is also good ... and if you want fast results .. go to a gymnasium..
