Why am I not as fat as the scale says?
I went to the doctor the other day, and had a shocking revelation! I'm 149 pounds! But I don't look fat, I don't feel fat, I'm perfectly healthy, although I could ay off the sugar a bit. F anything, before I saw my true weight, I would've said I have to love maybe 5-10 pounds in order to improve. My clothes fit fine. My friends said I look about 120-125, which I'm fine with, since I'll undoubtedly lose like 5 pounds on summer water polo practice alone. But I'm still having a hard time figuring out why I weigh so much??? I lost like 40 and went down to 115 a couple years back, but I haven't dieted since then. I'm 15, 5'2, and in water polo. So i guess my questions are, How much should I weigh, what should I aim to lose this summer, and why is my scale weight so wacky?
