Packing up a whole life and moving is always a painful and stressful experience. So it's perfectly normal to have sadness in your life. It's unsettling leaving friends, family, and the your safety zone and into a new and unfamiliar place but it doesn't mean it's final.
You have much to look forward to..think of it as the new chapter in your life.Moving is not final, you are not closing the door to your past life but opening a new one.You will carry your friends and experiences in your heart and it's so easy nowadays to keep in touch. You can never, ever be too busy to say a hello and catch up.New friends, new experiences and challenges are waiting for you in order to create new memories and a new history. So cheer up hanna..it will be ok.I know all too well how you feel.I moved to the other side of the world and managed ok.
Starting a new life is emotionally and physically draining. Be good to yourself during this time. If you're tired, sleep; if you're wanting time alone, give it to yourself. Go get your hair styled or get a massage or take some time to watch a movie or two, even if you feel like there's so much to do. By giving yourself what you need, you're allowing yourself to heal. Along the way you'll encounter new people, find fun things to do, and even get some possible best friends! I have confidence you'll be happy once all is done and you're finally in your new home :) Hope I was able to help ~Manios
