my great gma left me a trust fund and my gpa was over it and he died and left my uncle over it. what is the process for this to get it

If you are 36 years and above, you will not need to sign anything, but you will have to find an attorney to lead you through the process. With your uncle's cooperation, you will not go through a long process. There is a new law on trust fund that will care for a pet after one's death. Go to http://www.usa.gov/topics/money/personal-finance/trusts.shtml and contact them for more details.

You need to ask your uncle. Trust funds are usually given out when you reach a certain age.

You're 36 years old, don't sign anything until you talk to an attorney.
