My 12 year old daughter weighs 150 pounds and is 5 foot 4 inches. How many calories a day to lose weight ?
This is something that should be discussed with her primary care physician. I'm sure he/she will be happy to discuss how to keep your child healthy. :)
Make sure she eats the standard 2400 calories a day but jogs at least for an hour to burn off a substantial amount of calories and balance it out.
around 1,500 a day should be good. get her to eat healthy and enroll her in as many sports as her schedule allows
She isn't fat. She is still young... She will lean out once she gets in high school and starts sports.
That is unhealthy. Try to make her exercise and have a healthy diet.
