What are no no when on a diet?

Let's not say diet. That word, just makes me shudder.
We will call it a healthy lifestyle.
Here's some MUSTS:
Eat lots of fruits and veggies.
Drink TONS of water, half your body weight in ounce.
Eat more protein and fiber.
Eat more chicken breast, fish, ham, turkey.
Practice portion control.

Here's some "No-no's":
If you mess up, don't GIVE up.
Limit your sugary drinks, we don't need to drink our calories.
Limit your fried/processed/fatty/breaded/fast/junk foods.

Stay away from as much processed food as possible. Stay away from everything that has high fructose corn syrup or corn sugars in it. Stay away from GMOs.
Try to eat healthy portions of healthy foods... and get some exercise in too,
