How much weight could I max out for my squat? Informed answers only please.
I was at the gym and I did my squats before anything else so my legs were fresh. I had good form throughout; I started all the way up and went down slowly until my knees were 90 degrees for all of my reps. My point is I didnt cheat or do any bad reps. I started with 6 reps of 135 pounds and waited a minute and did 245 pounds twice as my warmup. Then I waited a minute and did 6 reps at 225 pounds. I waited about 75 seconds and started my second set. I repeated this for a total of 4 sets at 225 pounds with 6 reps each. Every time I rested 75 seconds in between sets. Approximately how much weight should I be able to lift one time for one rep?
