Tricks for a long flight and sleeping?
I am going to Europe with a group of girls my age next summer and we're taking an overnight flight. I have been on long flights before: I've been to Australia and am generally a good flyer. The issue is I can never sleep sitting up and I am one of those people who needs my sleep, plus our sightseeing starts as soon as we arrive so I really do need to be awake (I cannot go to our accommodations and sleep for 12 hours). I would rather not be yelling at everyone because I'm tired when we get there so I was wondering what tricks others have developed. I have an eye-mask and everything but nothing has ever seemed to help.
