Change your diet(eat healthy foods and stop eating junk). Go jogging or w/e exercise you like to do. Positive mindset on losing weight(look in the mirror and see yourself losing weight). If the avi picture is you, you do not look like you need to lose weight.
All you need to do is eat only seafood and veggies/fruit. And run ALOT, don't go to a gym with air conditioning, the point of a gym is to sweat and get all the bad stuff out your body, and sweat the weight off. Its best to run outside, especially on a beach.
My uncle is a bodybuilder and has tried all kinds of things to lose weight and he says that if you don't eat for 16 hours of the day and then eat whatever kinds of food you want you'll lose weight super fast.
Drink water before lunch and dinner, plus when you feel hungry. Do it before breakfast too if you want, but I don't like drinking water at breakfast; I drink milk. Anyways, water will fill you up and cause you to eat less before you are full faster.
