Should i work out when im sore?
yesterday i did a major workout on my legs so they feel sore my arms don't hurt though.
Don't stop completely. Light stretching and/or walking should help. Be prepared to feel more sore the 2nd day after a major workout.
Do arms and upper body. No problem.
You should be good with working out as long as you stretch the sore areas and just take your workout easy today. You might also be a little sore tomorrow as well.
Don't work out. That will get you even more sore for a longer time period. What you need to do is stretch a lot. Let me know If this helped(:
You can, but lightly. Don't over do it.
