How can I tell my girlfriend to move out?

So the situation in a quick nutshell is I am done with my relationship. Problem I have is my girlfriend has no job, no money, no place to go and a daughter. I care for them very much but I need to move on. My relationship with her is not what I need. (I owned the home we live in before I met her)

Give her 40 days notice. She had a child. Let her find a place. Don't just throw her out on the street.

Say this.... Look I'm sorry but this isn't working out. I think I need to move on and I think so should you. I know this seems sudden but you have no job and a kid. Please don't make this harder than it has to be.

Women always have a place to go so don't worry about that. And you're going to hear this time and time again but you just need to tell her in these words. Look this relationship is not working out for me I need to move on with my life and don't need an albatross around my neck so take your kid get the f*** out. Now once you stop crying call the police and have her and her f****** child is escorted of your property

Give her 6 weeks. Kicking her out to the curb with a daughter is heartless. Not because of her but the child. I say you give her a set date. Also you should protect yourself legally ( common law partner). Make sure there is no legal course she can take against you. ( in some places if she can prove she has lived with you for a certain period of time you will not be allowed to evict her)

Though my opinion is it is rude to kick out a mother and her child but this is the crap you gotta deal with when you live with people before you are married. Could you sleep/stay on one side of the house and let her use the other half? She will get tired of the living arrangement and probably get the hint to move out/start looking for another place.

all you can do is boot them to the curb by telling her she has pack up and leave. shouldn't of got yourself in such a situation. lesson learned the hard way.

The first answer was a good answer, give her notice and that way you can say you did everything you could.
