if you're thinking about the same kind of weight gain that i am as in muscle weight gain, You need to increase your calorie input and eat the proper foods in the proper proportions. You should also lift weights and do core exercises. if you wanna get big as in get fat, Eat lots of red meat and pork, avoid vegetables and chicken and if you eat chicken, make sure it's fried. and when eating, make sure you have 2 starch components like mashed potatoes AND French fries.
