is it possible to fill in a bald spot without having surgery

Im 18 and im having problems with damaged hair, i got a bald spot on the side of my head can i fill it in without surgery its not that big but its noticeable however you spell it please help me i got a winter formal decmber 3 and i dont want to wear a hat

Oh its too complicated to answer but anyway you need to consult a doctor because if there are any options for you apart of a surgery it will be good for u ..
