If you get paid twice a month on the 16th and the first should all you checks be the same amount ?
Not necessarily, depends on if you worked the same amount of days in each pay period or not. Plus it will potentially vary depending on if the month has 30 vs 31 days (or only 28 days in Feb).
Possibly-- if you are a salaried employee that gets no OT, they may just break your yearly salary into 24 equal pays.
The amount on the checks may not be constant for all the months, because some months have slightly more days than others. In workplaces where the pay is pegged on the number of days worked, you'll get a higher salary if you work for more days.
Don't you know?
