Those fish will be fine with a discus (except maybe the tetras -- what type are yours?). However, discus are shoaling fish which means they like to be in a group of about 5. Discus also like warmer water than some tropical fish. Also there are some fish that should not be with a discus for various reasons. This link says neon tetras are not a good match because they like cooler water.

Try it with one or two small discus and see how they fair. If they are okay after a month, add three more small ones.

Be sure to read the info on the link I provided. You can also google discus care for more info. They can get stressed easily, but your other fish are not aggressive so I think they will be okay.

no discus are sensitive, they need a certain ph or they will turn black from being stressed.
