Is it normal to be able to feel your heart beat through your stomach all the time? I'm 14 btw. I'm not pregnant either.

sure.. it sort of depends on how much .. umm... padding you have there but there are major arteries running through your abdomen (abdominal aorta etc) so it isn't unusual to feel a pulse there

Yes, at least when I'm lying down, quietly.

If you're a healthy 14 year old, and there's no pain, and it doesn't feel as if your heart is skipping a beat, you should be fine. If you are concerned about it tho, talk to your parents, and ask them to see about getting you into your doctor for a physical. If you do a yearly physical before school starts, you can always mention it to your doctor then.

The only thing is that my stomach beat is a different pace then my actual heart beat?

You may be feeling an echo of your heart in your stomach. You sound concerned, which I can understand. I suggest you talk to your parents sweetie.
