Discipline yourself, but don't starve yourself. (It'll work.) It depends on what foods you eat. (Personally I hate Potato chips, but I love cupcakes. = both are fattening things) Instead of eating anything like Ramen, Chocolate, McDonald's, Potato Chips, Cookies, and any other sugary or high-calorie type of food, switch it out for vegetables, yogurt, berries, or something like that. (Instead of a bag of Doritos for a snack, try baby carrots, or a small bag of healthy trail mix. You can find some at Wal-Mart. Try not to get any mix's with m&ms or salty things.) In general, when your eating, time is key. Try eating at certain times to help your body. If you try eating breakfast at 11:30, then you'll want lunch soon after because your body hasn't finished digesting your breakfast. Spread out the times you eat. (You can use a calender if you want.) Breakfast: 8:30- 10:30 Lunch: 11:30- 2:00 Dinner: 6:00-9:00 But, if you have work, or something like that, and you have to get up early (around 6:00) you can try this: Breakfast: 6:00- 9:00 Lunch: 10:30- 1:30 Dinner: 6:00- 9:00. You can also have 1 snack in between each 3 meals.
