I wanna lose 70 pounds by the summer but its hard for me because no body pushes me to eat right or excersie what should i do?

70 lbs by summer is a lot of weight and it is unhealthy to lose it that fast, try for 2lbs a week.

As for other people pushing you to eat right and exercise, no one ever will. You have to do it for yourself. You have to do it because you want it for you. If you want it bad enough, you can do it. Maybe get up an hour early in the mornings and go for a walk, or spend an hour less time online to go for a walk in the afternoons. Go to www.mypyramid.gov and learn about proper nutrition and portion sizes. Stop drinking soda and cut back on junk food.

I know this is not what you want to hear and I am sorry. It took me a long time to realize that I had to take responsibility for my own health. No one is to blame but myself.

Start bit by bit along with balance diet please do eat when you are really feeling hungry means al most empty stomach and stop eating before stomach is not full. Avoid over eating and cut carbs.

First off don't rely on others. This is your gig. You have to get it in your head you want to do it, and that you are gonna do it. Nothing comes easy anymore but you can do it if you want it bad enough. I have faith in you to do it on your own. So don't give up when the going gets tough. Your will power has to get tougher. Good luck. You can do anything you put your mind to.

It take personal responsibility to accomplish the goals, that you want to obtain in life. Including losing weight.

As Sherry said your goal is way to high. If you did manage to lose the weight that fast. You would have a lot of lose skin, which would require surgery to remove. And you would not be building better habits, which means you would most likely gain the weight back.

Talk to your Doctor about a low calorie diet and exercise plan. You can lose the weight. It just takes some time and dedication.
