How do microscopes used to detect diseases?

Some doctors use microscopes to compare, for example, a normal blood cell to another. If one appears abnormal, they can detect whether there's a disease or not.

Microscopes allow scientists to zoom in on thr cells. This allows them to see any abnormalities.
