Should I become a paralegal?
I graduated with a degree in Legal Education Services from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, in 2009. Two years later, I started working in the hospitality field. I have not been able to get a job in the legal field with my degree. I have always been interested in having a career in law, as being a paralegal is going to help me decide if I want to go to law school. I am worried about the job market. I do not want to achieve a paralegal's certificate and not have access to a better job. I do not want to graduate with more student loan debt. I am in the process of attending Bunker Hill Community College but strongly thinking of Boston University's program for professionals. I am afraid that I graduated with a useless degree.
