Drink lots and take breaks every half hour. Dress lightly and in clothes that do not trap heat. Only drink water though and only eat healthily. Drinking soda or a "sports" drink is too much sugar and chemicals and gives me a headache. Plus water hydrates just as well. Preferably run on a trail that is shaded by trees.
95F is on the low side of normal. There are a lot of factors that could cause this (including metabolism, disease, time of measurement, accuracy of thermometer, etc..). I'd be cautious- probably check it with another thermometer to be sure.

You should put your foot down. Running in temperatures higher than 85?F for long periods of time is dangerous. She could become dehydrated badly. Drink lots and lots of water. Run for very short periods of time.
