Should you be running at 95 F?

My little sister is running in this temp. and she says she doesn't feel it.

Drink lots and take breaks every half hour. Dress lightly and in clothes that do not trap heat. Only drink water though and only eat healthily. Drinking soda or a "sports" drink is too much sugar and chemicals and gives me a headache. Plus water hydrates just as well. Preferably run on a trail that is shaded by trees.

maybe your sister says she don't feel it b/c she doesn't want to be annoyed by it but a temp is serious so you need to put your foot down

Just make sure that she is hydrated with lots of water and not to push herself too much

95F is on the low side of normal. There are a lot of factors that could cause this (including metabolism, disease, time of measurement, accuracy of thermometer, etc..). I'd be cautious- probably check it with another thermometer to be sure.

answer: drink water, water, and more water. make sure you also drink some sort of sports drink( preferrably gatorade) and eat pretzels or other salty snacks to restore electrolytes and prevent heat exhaustion or heat stroke. also take plenty of breaks.

You should put your foot down. Running in temperatures higher than 85?F for long periods of time is dangerous. She could become dehydrated badly. Drink lots and lots of water. Run for very short periods of time.
