Whats the fastest and safest way to lose weight?

i am trying to lose weight by Jan 16 2012, but cant seem to stay on a diet or exercise plan.

if you have a hard time dieting and exercising, at least drink more water - keep a water bottle with you at all times - a little while before each meal, drink as much water as you can - this will help you to not eat as much at meal time. also, thirst is often confused with hunger - if you think you are hungry, drink something - NATURAL... 100% Juice or Water with a squeezed lemon in it to add a little flavor. Fruit Juice will help curb cravings better than just water, but both will help
