What are some tips for getting my needle?

For those of you who don't know it's a cheerleading pose where you stand on one leg, grab the other, and pull it straight. You need lots of back flexibility.

I would say Stretch same time everyday And don't push your muscles. EX. touching your toes, Don't right away for at your toes but slowly start to reach little by little by counting to 10.

Stretch first, if you dont you may pull a muscle

I have my splits and I'm working on getting it down so that it doesn't stretch anymore
