What are some goods ways to help me fall asleep?
Im 13 years old and I have a lot of sleeping problems. I do have very bad back problems and That is part of the reason but I can get super comfy, close my eyes but wont be able to fall asleep. I get in bed by 10:00 but wont be able to fall asleep until 1-2 am. At one point I did be able to get my internal clock to fall asleep at the same time every night then wake up right when i wanted to without having to set an alarm but, one night I just couldn't fall asleep (I did everything the exact same when As before) and my entire sleep pattern was thrown off for good. I really need some good advice because I can't live in this sleep pattern forever! Some extra info is I only sleep for 3-7 hours a night!! (7 hours is VERY good) But even sleeping little hours I don't feel tired! Im trying to figure out if not being tired just means Im a night hour or something is seriously wrong :( I have seen a doctor but it was before Things have gotten to this point.
