What are some goods ways to help me fall asleep?

Im 13 years old and I have a lot of sleeping problems. I do have very bad back problems and That is part of the reason but I can get super comfy, close my eyes but wont be able to fall asleep. I get in bed by 10:00 but wont be able to fall asleep until 1-2 am. At one point I did be able to get my internal clock to fall asleep at the same time every night then wake up right when i wanted to without having to set an alarm but, one night I just couldn't fall asleep (I did everything the exact same when As before) and my entire sleep pattern was thrown off for good. I really need some good advice because I can't live in this sleep pattern forever! Some extra info is I only sleep for 3-7 hours a night!! (7 hours is VERY good) But even sleeping little hours I don't feel tired! Im trying to figure out if not being tired just means Im a night hour or something is seriously wrong :( I have seen a doctor but it was before Things have gotten to this point. I am going to see one soon. Thanks for reading all of this!! say Cookies if you read all of it ;)

With back problems you should sleep on either your side or on stomach. And as for the sleeping problem I've never tried this, but heard it's suppose to help. Maybe if not Lactose Intolerant you can drink a warm glass of milk and see if that helps you fall to sleep. Play some really boring music that might make you fall to sleep from it being so boring to listen to. Maybe listen to baby music with the really soft and slow noises I've done that before and fell asleep. And also you need to let your or a doctor know you're having problems sleeping. They're probably give you some kind of medication to help you fall to sleep or sleep however that goes.

I don't like warm milk so I just drink cold milk. Also I used to sleep on my back but it is a better idea to sleep on my side Thanks :)

No caffeine after 2pm -- that means no (regular) soda or chocolate. Caffeine can take up to eight hours to clear your system. It's probably keeping you awake.

You ARE too young for Zanax --- good for you for recognizing that.

I use to have the same problem. Get an alarm clock that ticks. And when your ready to go to sleep close your eyes and start counting the ticks. You'll fall asleep eventually. People say it sounds like your mothers heartbeat. That's why it helps you sleep. It helped me. I hope this was helpful!
