healthy and steady diet work out on a schedule (insanity is an amazing work out)maybe have a work out buddy so it doesnt seem like your alone and its a little more funstick to it and dont give in to laziness
Eat healthy and workout daily. Just go for a run, eat good. Don't eat junk food, or late at night.
I lost over 75 pounds last year, and have kept it off since. Thing is whenever I tell people how I did it they generally lose interest right away once they realize its not a magic cure.
