When I quit smoking I had Nicoret gum. Man it was nasty. So I would take a quarter piece of gum and a regular stick of gum and chew them together. The instructions are to chew and "park". Actually worked pretty Well. When I ran out of Nocoret, I just chewed and parked regular gum and that worked too. By then it was all in my head. Goof luck.
