I don't have a credit card n want to buy a computer online and I was wondering if I could go to the bank n get a prepaid card there with..

my savings account money

Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens, all of these places sell prepaid credit cards (Green Dot/Mastercard). You take money, you load it on the card, and its just like a credit card. The only difference is you can only spend the amount of money that you put on the card, as you have set the limit. And yes, they are reloadable. As far as your bank, if they have prepaid cards, then yes, you could get one from your bank.

Can just open a checking account at a different bank and use the debit card they will give u.

If you open an account at your bank, your ATM/ debit card can be used to make online purchases. If you use a prepaid credit card, you will incur a fee of buying the card (probably close to $10) and then you will have to add money to the card. Save yourself the fee and get a card from your bank. Just be sure not to get into your overdraft as that adds another $17-$25 in charges.
