What do you think ?
Every time I don't eat a lot
And then do a lot of sit-ups
I get really bad heart burn!!!!!!

Heartburn is not caused by the number of sit ups you do. It comes about because of the acid that was present in your food. When you do sit ups, it means that the food gets digested fast because your body is at work. When you settle even having taken less food the digestion process is most likely to be slow.
