How will it take to form abs if I do sit-ups & run almost everyday?
Like take a day or two of rest.
run every morning...do sit-ups with weights or something heavy.if you can do pull-ups, they are even better then sit-ups.
It will take about 2-3 weeks

Depends on how much fat you have. If your fairly skinny it won't take long at all
