If you really want to get some upper and body pecks you should be sport worthy athletic.Its been a scientific fact that the average human that stays in the gym 2 hours a day lifting weights and running the miles on the treadmill burns less fat and gains less pecks then the average human that runs around plays sports and eats healthy everyday.
