How to improve bone density?
Besides calcium, vitamin d, and lifting weights.
I've heard that drinking carbonated beverages can leach calcium from the bones. Don't know if it's true or not, but since we don't need pop to have a good and healthful diet, I don't drink it anymore except for an occasional treat.
5-7 mins simple exercise before having food
I tried Forteo for a while..... It's expensive. It is a shot you give yourself daily. It seemed to be working but I didn't like the sick way I felt after the shot. I gave up on it.
