Im feeling so overwhelmed

I have 2 summer assignments due when school starts in August. Im almost done with one, but the other i have to read a book and write responses. PLus by tomorrow i have to had Sight-Read 2 pieces of music. I just cant get focused and im freaking out. IM going through a rough time especially because of family and because i dont have any friends. They have all shown their true colors, and i dont like them. Just help me get motivated, any tips? Thank you so much.

1. Plan to work, and work the plan. 2. "True" friends show their "True Colors" as well. Maybe a surprise is just around the corner. Good luck.

The best thing right now is to try and put aside all your stresses about your friends and concentrate on your assignments. If they showed you their true colors, then they were not real friends. Try some calming exercises and focus on your assignment until it is handed in. you can also listen to some motivational music like some gospel music and go ahead and get new study partners to help you study.

It'll be ok justaperson!! It's sad that you feel you don't have any friends. A lot of people can sympathize with you cause they didn't have many friends when they were in school either including me. I'm older now and I'm the boss of some if the people I went to high school with. I treat them all with respect and we're friends now. I know I could've been a mean boss but that's not the right thing to do. What I'm trying to say I'd you're a special person in your own way and nothing can stop you from being happy with your life but you. You are the only one who can control how you feel. Put a smiler on your face honey there isn't anywhere else to go but up when you're down in the dumps. Good luck

1.Calm down, you will be over with it soon 2.Drink lots of water to hydrate your self 3.Finally get rests in between everything.Hope this helps :) Thanks for your time!P.S.Ignore your friends now you can take care of them later!
