Is there a way to fall asleep instantly?
I've tried EVERYTHING and I just can't fall asleep! I've tried: no screen time (for about 4 hours, still nothing), taking a shower before bed, not eating (I read somewhere that eating keeps you up), listening to peaceful sounds, and listening to music. Stuff just keeps popping into my head uncontrollably. Is this insomnia or something? It's driving me INSANE!!! I definitely think about stuff 5x more at night than I do during the day. I'd rather not depend on drugs to help me fall asleep, but if you know of anything that REALLY makes a difference, I'd appreciate knowing the name of the product.
