Well it depends on who you're talking about, and who you're with and how you're saying it, if you mean to say it, then yes it is wrong, if you didn't mean it and it came out the wrong way then say "sorry, I didn't mean it, it came out the wrong way" and you're not being racist.
People can't help what color they were born and to put them down because of their skin color makes you an ignorant person!!! I hope this is just a question and you're not racist. If you are then God help you.
honestly if your jokeing and not being dead serious its fine but you need to know the difference between racist and identify like if your just saying or pointing out someone whos black that's not racist but calling black people in general stupid is racist
If you are racist, grow up and realize that the colour of a person's skin doesn't matter. It is the content of the character that matters. Plus, the world would be really boring if we all looked the same and had the same skin colour. So, if you are racist, grow up and realize that you can find both friends and enemies in all people in all shapes, sizes, and colours.
