Has there been a big change in your life? Have you lost your job,or broke up with a old GF? Do you feel like your family is pushing you or you feel like they just don't have the same attitude to you? These thing are just somethings you need to figure out what could be contribute to these feelings. What you need to do next is cute out all alcohol/drugs for these are a depressant. Next what you need to do is voice your problems to a family member/friend (don't let your pride control you) and do things that bring you joy even if it means taking a weekend to do them. (snowboarding running riding your bike ect) you should also read more for this releases positive chemical in your brain. I used to be a "peer consoler" so if you ever need more information your need to talk you can always comment or find me on here. Don't be a stranger I won't mind
You should go to a physiologist if available. Does depression run in the family or any mental illness. I only ask bc it does in mine and it was a huge secret so when I got my first "real panic attack" I flipped out.
