I have 5 free certicates numbers but I don't know how to order a ppv movie using my free certicates

Simple suggestions: Are there instructions with the certificates? Have you tried Q&A on the providers' website?

In order to view a PPV movie using the 5 free certificates that you have, you will need to follow the exact instructions that are printed on the back of the certificates. If the instructions are not clear in the back of the certificates, you can try to look at the Q&A's available on your service providers' website
