Period problems help.

im 13. I started my period like 3 days ago. it was super like super light. I am discharging now. are you supposed to discharge during a period? is all this normal?

It's normal and your periods for the first year will be all crazy so don't freak out. They pretty much stop and start when they want to and go from light to heavy with no apparent reason. They'll regulate as your hormones settle down and you'll be fine.

I'm sorry but what is discharge? In any case, I myself wouldn't worry about this at all. I'm much older than you and, really, every woman is different and every month is different. At 13, you in general will have no health problems related to reproductive system, as long as you don't have se.x

Yea this is normal. I mean just remember that not every girls cycle is the same. Here is a link if you would like to read more. http://www.pamf.org/teen/health/femalehealth/discharge.html

so, having a light or irregular period is completely normal! I've heard of cases where it only came one month and disappeared for the next three (at your age, of course, if you were older, it would probably mean you're pregnant lol but yea you get the point). anyways, its normal. but I'd say keep wearing pads or liners to be safe.

its all normal. everything will be wonky for a while... also, keep in mind, periods are just plan awful. I was on mine when I made my user name LOL it never gets better, it only regulates and you just get used to it. keep track of your 'red days' on a calendar, until you regulate and it might take like 2- 5 years, maybe longer. good luck hun.

Your first year or so is so incredibly irregular and freaky that it's not even funny. If it's really bothering you, ask your mom or an older woman you're close to. Maybe even ask your doctor if it's getting really bad. Just wear liners for the next few days, and you should be good. :)
